Returns and refunds

Window 7 days from delivery to raise a return or exchange.

Condition Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging. We can't take back anything that's been worn or washed.

How to start one Email thernindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 95604 42760 with your order number and a photo. We'll confirm within 24 hours.

Pickup We arrange a reverse pickup through our courier at no cost to you, wherever the pin code is serviceable. If it isn't, we'll cover your return courier charge up to ₹150 against a receipt.

Exchanges Size exchanges are free, subject to stock. Tell us the size you want when you raise the request.

Refunds Once the item reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund within 7 business days. Prepaid orders go back to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer, so we'll ask for your account details.

Not eligible Items returned worn, washed, damaged or without tags. Anything raised after 7 days.
