Shipping policy

We ship across India, free, on every order.

Dispatch Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as it ships.

Delivery Metro cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch. Rest of India: 5–8 business days from dispatch. These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Festive periods run slower.

Tracking We ship with Shiprocket. Your tracking link works from the day after dispatch. If it hasn't updated in 48 hours, message us and we'll chase it.

International We ship to select countries at a flat ₹1,700. Customs duties and import taxes are payable by you on delivery and aren't included in what you pay us.

Wrong or incomplete addresses Please double-check your address and pin code before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll reship once you cover the courier cost.

Lost or damaged If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you.
